Quarter 4 2014 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program Invoices and Reports

Distribution of the 2014 Quarter 4 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) quarterly reports to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Part D Sponsors was completed on Friday, January 30, 2015. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt.

 

As stated in the Manufacturer Agreement, manufacturers have 38 calendar days from date of report receipt to make payment and 5 business days from the payment date to submit a Payment Confirmation.  Part D sponsors have 5 business days from receipt of payment to file their Payment Confirmation Report. The deadline for payments for Q4 2014 invoices is Wednesday, March 11, 2015 and Payment Confirmation files are due to the TPA no later Wednesday, March 18, 2015.
